Colors The red spectrum stimulates The blue spectrum calms Red -warming,
invigorating, good for blood diseases, liver infections, anemia Orange -good for
respiratory system, asthma, bronchitis, acts as a tonic and laxative Yellow -good for
the bowels, intestines, acts as mild sedative, uplifts, helps remove fear, good for
indigestion and heartburn, constipation, piles, and menstrual problems Green -general
tonic and revitalizer, is a neutral color (when in doubt, use green), good for heart
troubles, neuralgic headaches, ulcers, boils, head colds Blue -acts as antiseptic and
cooling agent, good for inflammations, cuts, burns, and rheumatism Indigo -acts as
mild narcotic, reassures, good for emotional disorders, deafness, eyes, and cataracts
Violet -good for mental disorders, nervous system, baldness, and female troubles
Directing The Color -you can use colored glass, plastic, cellophane, or tissue paper
-place appropriately colored item over a window -make sure the light falls onto the
affected area 30 minutes a day (two 30 minute sessions a day are preferable)
Hydrochromopathy: Color Charged Water -fill a clear bottle with water and tape
colored paper or acetate around the bottle (a colored bottle is preferable) -stand
the bottle in a window 6-8 hours -drink a wineglassful of the water 3 times a day -a
drink of red charged water will give energy -a drink of indigo charged water will aid
